키슬리의 파라메트릭 커브 트레이스 설정은 전력 디바이스 특성화에 완벽한 특성화 솔루션으로, 고품질 계측기, 케이블, 시험 픽스처, 소프트웨어를 포함합니다. 7개의 설정이 제공되며, 각 설정은 항복 전압 같은 기본 디바이스 파라메터를 빠르게 확인하는 실시간 트레이스 모드와 정밀한 디바이스 파라메터를 추출하는 풀 파라메트릭 모드를 모두 제공합니다. 파라메트릭 커브 트레이서 설정의 제작 블록 변화하는 시험 요구 사항을 만족시키는 빠른 업그레이드와 사용자 재설정 기능을 제공합니다.
