4033 및 4034는 TTL, CMOS 또는 ECL 기술을 기반으로 디지털 시스템 및 회로를 테스트 하기 위한 고성능 프로그래밍 가능 펄스 발생기입니다. 이 계측기는 최대 50 MHz의 반복 속도, 10 ns ~ 10 s의 가변 펄스 폭, 0 ns ~ 10 s의 펄스 지연으로 최대 6 자리 해상도로 깨끗하고 정확한 펄스를 생성합니다. 출력 레벨은 -10V ~ +10V 범위에서 조정 가능하며 펄스 진폭은 0.1Vpp ~ 10Vpp 범위에서 50ohm 부하로 설정할 수 있습니다. 모든 매개 변수, 모드 및 기능은 전면 패널 또는 리모콘 명령을 통해 프로그래밍 할 수 있습니다. 또한 펄스 발생기는 연속, 트리거, 게이트 및 카운트 버스트 모드에서 선택 가능한 상보 펄스 및 이중 펄스 생성을 제공합니다
