모델 4014B 및 4040B는 다이렉트 디지털 합성 (DDS)과 저지 터 구형파 발생기를 결합한 이중 기술 아키텍처로 설계된 다목적 스위프 함수 발생기입니다. 이 계측기는 높은 신호 정밀도와 안정성으로 사인파, 구형파 및 삼각파를 생성합니다.
두 모델 모두 0 ~ 10 Vpp ~ 50 Ω (개방 회로의 경우 최대 20Vpp), 선형 및 로그 스위프, AM/FM 변조 및 지속적으로 가변적 인 DC 오프셋을 제공합니다.
