Model 575A는 무조건 또는 조건부 루프 테스트 모드를 사용하여 간헐적 및 온도 관련 결함을 찾을 수 있습니다. 알 수 없는 장치 식별은 메뉴에서 SEARCH를 선택하고 장치의 핀 수를 선택하고 검색 모드를 활성화하여 쉽게 수행 할 수 있습니다. 575A는 라이브러리를 검색하고 장치를 식별하여 교체 할 수 있는 기능적 기능을 표시합니다. IC 테스트의 일부로 특정 IC 번호, 장치의 기능 설명 및 결함이 있는 핀 상태가 내장 디스플레이에서 스크롤됩니다.
