ZVA 시리즈는 최대 다이나믹 레인지가 필요한 필터 측정부터 앰프 및 믹서 뿐 만 아니라 수신기 및 송수신기의 선형 및 비선형 측정에 이르기까지, 연구/개발실과 생산 현장에서 요구되는 모든 측정 기능을 갖추고 있습니다. ZVA는 가장 까다로운 응용분야를 위한 중요한 이정표를 세운 모델입니다.

  • 앰프 및 믹서에서 빠른 2톤 측정을 위해 최대 67 GHz의 내부 소스 4 개가 있는 최초의 벡터 네트워크 분석기

개념

ZVA는 각 포트 쌍 마다 하나의 소스를 포함합니다. 또한 ZVA24 및 ZVA40에는 4가지 소스 모델을 사용할 수 있습니다. ZVA67은 포트 당 하나의 소스가 있습니다. 특별한 스위치 장치로 병렬 신호 출력이 가능합니다. 신호를 동시에 모든 포트를 통해 DUT로 출력 할 수 있습니다. 또한 직접 신호발생기 및 수신기가 옵션으로 제공됩니다. 이 개념은 측정 속도와 기능 면에서 많은 이점이 있습니다.

ZVA는 전례없이 강력한 성능과 기능을 갖춘 장비로써 특히 4 포트 모델에 적합합니다. 다음은 몇 가지 주요 내용입니다:

  • 빠른 믹서 측정을 위해 LO로 두 번째 소스의 사용
  • 주파수 또는 전력 대비 고속 상호 변조 측정을 위한 스윕 2톤 신호 생성
  • 평형 DUT에서의 진정한 차동 측정 (True Differential)
  • 2 개 이상의 DUT를 동시에 측정하기 위한 테스트 포트에서의 병렬 신호 출력 및 측정
  • 직접 신호발생기/수신기 액세스(옵션)가 다음과 같이 가능:
    • 프리 앰플리파이어(preamplifier)를 신호 발생기 경로로 루프-인
    • 수신기 경로로 감쇠기의 루프-인
